The Motto is "Made for the Water", right?

'Cause I had to ford a couple of rivers to get back up here. But I am definitely not complaining, I was actually more like, "Thank You Jesus!" the whole time; goodness knows we need this. Now that I'm all comfy-cozy in my sweats, I don't want to move. I think I'll read for a while..Yay Rain!

Hey Betsy!

I graduated in '03, so I've been out for 4 years now ~ yikes! I also met my husband there, he's the same year. Studio Art major, Religion minor. What are you studying?

Most of my crafts are work-related, sewing & ambigrams. But I do a lot of stuff after 'work hours' as well, currently some soldered pendants. I just started posting my blog entries on Blogger a few months ago, if you want to check out some of my older posts (like crochet or other crafts), you can see them on ~

I'm sending you a hank of sock yarn because I over ordered, can not return it and am sick of looking at it. Leave me your address via facebook message :)

I had not seen ambigram until about a year ago ~ someone was creating a book about word tattoos, and one of my blogging friends was going to be in the book. When I head about them I had to see if I could create one, and was quickly addicted.

She had a design by John Langdon, who is probably the most well known ambigram artist & who created the designs for 'The Da Vinci Code' & 'Angels & Demons'.

My husband and I both have birthdays about a month before Christmas, so we have to start our lists early!
